Like Google and Samsung, OnePlus phones have support for software updates for four years. However, in the case of OnePlus, this rule only applies to the latest version – OnePlus 11. As of now, the stable rollout has not yet begun as OnePlus is still testing the Android 14-based version.

According to a post from the OnePlus community, the OnePlus 11 will receive the stable OxygenOS 14 update in mid-November, followed by other devices. Apart from OnePlus, OnePlus has planned to roll out the OxygenOS 14 beta in two phases to a group of phones, meaning they will definitely be updated to the stable version. Here’s the full list:

October stage:

  1. OnePlus Pad
  2. OnePlus Nord 3 5G
  3. OnePlus 11R
  4. OnePlus 10 Pro
  5. OnePlus 10T

Android 14 is already being tested on Nothing Phone 1 and Nothing Phone 2 as part of beta testing. However, Nothing has not confirmed when the Nothing OS 2.5 stable update will begin rolling out. Digital Trends has reached out to Nothing for more clarity and will update this story as soon as we learn anything.

It shouldn’t take long for the stable Android 14 update to roll out given the software similarities Nothing OS has to “stock” Android, but we’ll have to wait and see.

So far, Motorola hasn’t said anything about its plans to move to Android 14. However, based on past experience with Android 13 updates, most mid-range and high-end models will be able to get it sometime in 2024.

We checked the official Lenovo community forum for the Android 14 update scenario and found only duplicate answers like this:

“We don’t have any details about Android 14 yet.”

And this is different:

“We haven’t made any announcements about Android 14 updates yet. Even after we announce our plans for which phones will be updated, we won’t be able to provide any timeframe for when they will be updated.”

As of now, the only device that has been confirmed as part of active Lenovo/Motorola-branded Android 14 development is the Lenovo Tab Extreme. However, based on Motorola’s update promises for its latest devices, the following smartphones are likely to receive the Android 14 update in no particular order:

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra
Motorola Razr 40
Motorola Edge 40 Pro
