Valve has announced an updated version of the Steam Deck portable console.
The device received a 7.4-inch HDR OLED screen with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Maximum brightness reaches 1000 nits.
The Heart console has not changed. The AMD Zen 2 + RDNA 2 processor (2.4–3.5 GHz) is responsible for performance. The built-in speakers now produce more bass.
The capacity of the built-in battery has increased from 40 Wh to 50 Wh. Thanks to this, battery life has increased to 3-12 hours. The power cable has been increased from 1.5 m to 2.5 m.
Steam Deck OLED costs from $549. On sale from November 16th. A version with 512 GB and 1 TB of memory is available.
