Holafly experts conducted a new study to reveal Which mobile apps are the most popular and use the most data:

After manually recording how much mobile data (in MB) each app consumed over a five-minute interval, they ranked the 20 apps that consumed the most data. YouTube, Disney Plus And Uber Top the list:

The study also classified the apps that consume the most data into each category: streaming, social media, trips And browsers.

  • YouTube is the app that consumes the most data overallcoming to consume 193 MB within five minutes of normal use.
  • Snapchat consume 101 MB data every five minutes, the highest consumption of any application social media popular.
  • Safari (56 MB every five minutes) mobile browser which consumes the most data.
  • Hiking app AllTrails This is the one that consumes the most data (155 MB every five minutes) travel apps most popular.

Reducing the use of these apps can disrupt daily life, so finding a balance that allows you to manage your data effectively while staying connected is critical.”
