In a post on their official forum, Nothing confirmed that the above-mentioned models are now compatible with Circle to Search. This means that users who have the latest version of the operating system installed on their devices will be able to search the Internet by surrounding any object that appears on the screen.
It is currently unknown whether Circle to Search will also appear on Nothing Phone (1) or will be exclusive to (2), (2a) and (2a) Plus. The company indicated that “other smartphones” of the brand, including some regional variants, will receive this feature once they have their own build of Nothing OS 3.0 based on Android 15. However, it is not specified whether the brand’s first generation of smartphones will be included in this selection .
An important point to consider is that only Nothing Phone (2) and (2a) can now install the stable version of Android 15.. In the case of Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, the only option available is the beta version, so those who want to try it should be aware that they may still encounter bugs or other inconveniences.
