A few months ago, during I/O 2022, Google announced the future availability of an app that will sort of replace Google Pay, a mobile payment platform. New app called google wallet, would retain all the benefits of a service the firm has been offering for years on various Android devices, but add some improvements. Mountain View has now started rolling out this application to all users. These are the changes and how you can download it now on your mobile.
In particular, Google Wallet is close to Google Pay. In the end, this is only a slight change in the name and interface, since the company’s goal is for the user to not only be able to save their credit and debit cards, but also also keep these customer cards from supermarkets and stores, COVID certificate, transport tickets, plane tickets, etc.. This is something you could already do with Google Pay, but the name of the app didn’t quite match what it offered.
Google Wallet of course It also allows you to make payments through your mobile phone. by syncing a compatible credit or debit card. It also adds a much more minimalist and intuitive aspect, with the ability to add other types of cards, or the ability to automatically include those blanks that show up in Gmail. This way, if we receive a plane ticket via email, the application can add it automatically.
How to Download Google Wallet Now
Google Wallet, which will replace Google Pay, is already available to some Android users. it is likely that within the next few weeks the update will be available to everyone. No action is required as the Google Pay app will simply be renamed Wallet after the update and will therefore include a new interface and new features. Now there is a way to get this new platform from today on your mobile.
To do this, you only need to go to this site from your device and download the APK of the latest version of Google Pay (2.150.460235810, which is already called Google Wallet), by clicking on the “Download APK” button.
