Realme is another manufacturer that has decided to end the year by doing their homework. Asian company announced Realme 10 Pro and 10 Pro+its two new flagships for at least the first half of 2023 that share many similarities but have important differences in three key areas: performance, camera, and looks.
The new Realme 10 Pro and 10 Pro+, in fact, have almost the same screen, as well as the same RAM configuration and exactly the same battery capacity: from 5000 mAh. Its design is also very similar, albeit with some rather curious differences.
Realme, in particular, has chosen to incorporate different design lines into both models. The Realme 10 Pro has straight bezels similar to those we see on the iPhone, as well as a completely flat screen. On the other hand, Realme 10 Pro+ is betting slightly rounded bezels and a screen with a double curvature of 61 degrees at the edges, to give that sense of depth and “whole screen” that manufacturers love so much.
In any case, we repeat, the screens of both models are almost the same. Thus, we find ourselves with 6.72- and 6.7-inch AMOLED panels on Realme 10 Pro andplus model respectively. In both cases with Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The Pro+ model, yes, includes the technology Realme has called 4th generation touch protection algorithmwhich prevents ghost touches caused by curvature when we hold the smartphone.
MediaTek and Qualcomm and up to three cameras on the Pro+ model
Performance is another of the main differentiators of the new Realme 10 Pro. In the Pro model, the company has opted for a Qualcomm processor. snapdragon 695, the same SoC that includes the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro and which in this case is accompanied by 8 or 12 GB of RAM, as well as 128 or 256 GB of internal memory. The Plus version, on the other hand, comes with a chip. dimension 1080 from MediaTek; also with 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage.
As for the photographic section, both the Realme 10 Pro and the Plus model are committed to 100MP primary sensor with f/1.75 aperture.. The Pro model only adds an additional 2MP sensor for portrait mode, while the Pro+ version includes 8MP ultra wide cameraand macro sensor Resolution 2 megapixels.
Both models, yes, will come with Area UI 4.0brand new mobile interface which makes the screen more customizable Always on and adds new privacy features such as the ability to pixelate the profile picture in those conversation screenshots.
How much does the new Realme 10 Pro cost?
Realme 10 Pro and Pro+ will be available soon. At the moment, we only know prices in dollars for two standard versions of both models. They are next.
