According to unofficial information, Apple has begun assembly of iPhone 14 units in Brazil. A photo of one of these mobile phones purchased in our country is circulating on the Internet, showing the technical specifications of its manufacture, including the inscription “Assembled in Brazil”.

The image was taken from a reader of MacMagazine, the site that created the news. It looks like the iPhone 14 is being assembled at Foxconn in the city of Jundiaí in the state of São Paulo. There is no official statement from Apple yet, or even an update from Anatel stating that the new iPhones are only produced in China and India.

The device in the photo is a 128GB blue iPhone 14 with a stamp on it that says “part number MPVN3BR/A”. MacMagazine reports that mobile phones imported from Apple come with this encoding ending in BZ/A.

How are the prices and Pro models?

Those who follow the history of Apple products know that A direct reduction in the price of the iPhone 14 should not be expectedDespite the significant tax reduction that Apple received by assembling mobile phones in our country. That said, retailers are more likely to be promoting devices more, so it’s time to do some good research.

What we still do not know is whether the iPhone 14 Pro will also be produced here. Given the policies of past generation devices, the most likely answer is no.
