I’ve never used an Android smartphone as my main device and the truth is I don’t regret anything. I’ve been using iPhone as a smartphone since 2010 and I never thought of switching to Google’s competition. And countless reasons, from a very satisfying user experience to years of investing in accessories.

If something is working, don’t touch it

A iPhone has never let me down and therefore I found no reason to switch to another brand. I’ve had a few issues with my iPhone 5 like having it replaced a few days after purchase due to an issue with the unlock button.

Any software issue is resolved within a few days and I’ve never encountered anything it can’t do. Moreover, I’m used to most iPhone-only things like AirDrop, iMessage or FaceTimethat I use it every day and it will be very difficult for me to lose it.

An iPhone a lot to want to replace for an Android

Apple ecosystem has not stopped growing around me

iPhone 4 was my first Apple device, but for 13 years ecosystem of apple products has not stopped growing around me. Two MacBooks, three iPads, two Apple Watches, two AirPods, and many different iPhone models have been with me all this time, and the synchronization between them was unmatched.

Really, No other company on the market can offer an ecosystem as connected as Apple.. And that makes it difficult to switch from an iPhone to Android, as you’ll have to replace most of these devices that don’t have an alternative that works well together.

All these years with an iPhone have made the investment in it great. From apps and games you need to buy again even service subscriptions that we only have at Apple. Despite the rising prices of Apple services, there is currently no other option on the market that the features of the Apple One. With the premium plan, you can get: music, TV shows, movies, games and 2TB storage in the cloud for just 5 euros per person and I can be even less with the Family plan.

Also, like so many MagSafe accessories, not to mention the different accessories that are compatible with the iPhone and will no longer be compatible with an Android smartphone.

Excellent excellent customer service

Indeed, in these 13 years There are very few times when I have to go to Apple technical service. for an issue with one of your devices. Especially with the iPhone, I only went once with the aforementioned iPhone 5.

You will always find someone willing to help you at the Apple Store.

Other than that, I went twice for the Apple Watch and once for the MacBook Air. AND in all these cases the service and treatment was excellent, analyzes my problem and gives me a completely satisfactory solution. And that’s something that’s really hard to find in other brands, and one more reason to stay.

There’s really no reason to switch from iPhone to Android

in 13 years It never occurred to me to swap an iPhone for an Android smartphone, although there are many good ones, in some ways it surpasses even the best iPhone on the market. But when I analyze the whole, I cannot find sufficient reasons and there is no doubt that I will lose much more than I gain with change.

for all this I’ve never traded my iPhone for an Android smartphone, even though I’ve owned 9 different iPhone models all these years. Really, assessing everything that will be lost along the way is not an option.
