It seems that the new Samsung Galaxy S23 probably coming out next year, has a battery below the shell of 5,000 mAhin addition, the phone is to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the new chip will further improve the efficiency compared to the8+ January 1which in itself was a significant improvement over theJan 8 1 present in the series S22.
There is a good chance that the S23 series will use Snapdragon chips exclusively as the Exynos division reorganizes and tries to build a more competitive flagship chipset. If the battery capacity is the same, it could mean Samsung is keeping one 45W charging like on the S22 Ultra, but the speed can still increase. For example the Galaxy Z Fold 4 it should have a power of 25 W, the same as its predecessor, but it should charge faster, from 33% in half an hour to 50%.
There is also speculation about the da sensor 200MP which will be present in the new Ultra: the Ice Universe leaker suspected that it will be neither the 1 / 1.22” 0.64µm HP1 nor the 1 / 1.4” 0.56µm HP3, but instead an HP2 yet to be released. The new technology could improve the Full Well Capacity (FWC) of even small 0.6 µm pixels.
It seems that a source has now confirmed that the new flagship will use the ISOCELL HP2, a sensor with 0.60 µm pixels and this should put the optical format in the same 1/1.33 ″ range of the current Ultra, instead, the other modules’ camera wouldn’t see many changes.
