The Artemis 2 mission should be accomplished with a manned flight to the Moon in 2024. However, a few decades later, the first Moon landing is scheduled for 2025.

The US space agency is also preparing an entertainment event for launch day, including the participation of actors Jack Black, Chris Evans and Keke Palmer, as well as musicians Josh Groban and Herbie Hancock.

Various navigation and data collection equipment will be sent into space and will track information on the spacecraft’s trajectory, safety, radiation absorption, among other important data.

Next Sunday (28), NASA will launch the Artemis Real-Time Orbital Website (AROW), a website where viewers can track the spacecraft’s information in real-time. Information will be available one minute after the mission starts.
