We are talking about the largest purchase made for a private software company, as described by Katie Dak by Bloomberg and acquired by Engadget. It seems the plan is to speed up the creative process on the web and bring more Creative Cloud technology into play.

That’s why we can expect big news figma, not even within a few days. In fact, it looks like the deal will close in the course of 2023 if all goes well, as these types of acquisitions require several confirmations.

As explained, at least for now, figma will not be completely reconsidered by Adobe, as some simple improvements are currently planned for the well-known platform, and we will certainly discover more news about this in the coming months.
