Disney wants the visitor experience of Disneyland their . to use Disney + Timeline. Tomorrow, the app could become a 360-degree hub dedicated to all services and products of the Mickey Mouse company. Not a simple competitor to Netflix, but something more complex and interesting.

Disney CEO recently talked about it interview with the Wall Street Journal. “If you’re using Disney Plus, we need to know what you’ve seen and what you liked, as well as the last time you visited one of our parks, and so on,” he said. “I mean, if you’re in a park, we need to know your habits and what you liked about Disney+.” In this way, the company would be able to provide a personal and impeccable service.

The reverse is also true. Bob Chapek gives the example of the attraction of Pirates of the Caribbean, one of the most famous dark rides of Disney’s theme parks (also present at Disneyland Paris). “If we know you’ve been to Disneyland and visited the carousel, the next time you open Disney Plus, we can show an entire section dedicated to the movies of the saga.”

Disney is working to make this idea a reality, but the director himself has his hands on it, explaining that it could take a long time for this to happen.
