How to find out who doesn’t follow you on Instagram

The easiest way to check who unfollowed you on Instagram is to do it manually by tracking the exact number of your followers and specific users.

This is a rather old but useful method, and if you are wondering who unfollowed me on Instagram, this is the fastest method.

Just go to their Instagram profile and tap the box that says Follows. There you will see a list of people that this person is following. If you know for sure that you are being followed, but you are not on this list, you can safely assume that you are not being followed.

However, the big problem comes when you already have over 100 subscribers and check them one by one, there are several apps you can turn to. While Instagram made big changes to its platform in 2018 to protect your personal information, there are still survivors.

1.Counter

This fantastic Instagram app with a clean and simple interface shows several key metrics like who recently unfollowed you, who followed you and more.

By going to the unfollow section, you will see a list of your lost Instagram followers. You can download FollowMeter for iOS and Android platforms.

2. Subscriber Tracker Pro

Although this app comes with many in-app purchases, you can find out for free how many Instagram followers you have lost.

The app gives you information about who unfollowed you, who you follow, who didn’t follow you back, deleted comments and more. Followers Tracker Pro is only available on iOS.

3. Subscribers are not subscribers

This free Android-only app lets you see everyone who has unfollowed you since you last logged in.

Sure, you’ll come across quite a few ads mixed in with the information you’re looking for, but this is a pretty solid Instagram app that lets you track lost Instagram followers.
