Harman Kardon comes with a new soundbar: the Citation MultiBeam 1100. It has Dolby Atmos, Harman Kardon’s own MultiBeam technology and 11 built-in speakers.

The Citation MultiBeam 1100 replaces the 700 from 2020. This model had seven speaker drivers, so now four more have been added. With the addition of Dolby Atmos this should provide a better surround experience. With Harman Kardon’s PureVoice, dialogue should remain clearly intelligible even during intense action sequences.

The soundbar can optionally be connected to other devices in Harman Kardon’s Citation series, enabling a multi-room setup. Plus, the system can connect to over 300 streaming services and has AirPlay, Alexa Multiroom Music, and Google’s Chromecast built-in.

The MultiBeam 1100 is much more expensive than its predecessor. The 700 initially sold for €500 (currently around €430), but will be priced at €1100,999. The Citation MultiBeam 1100 will soon be available to order from the Harman Kardon website.
