There is still more than a week to go until the launch of the wait Electric Abarth 500the first all-electric iteration of the Scorpion. Yet the appearance of the car really has no secrets anymore. Or almost, given that we still miss the interior.
The car was shown without veils and camouflage in the streets of Turin. Probably – as can be seen from the next car with a fixed camera – he was there to make some promotional films. We remember that they already had several spy photos of the electric Abarth: one was limited to showing the grille of a prototype, while the others showed the car protected by profuse camouflage applied to make it unrecognizable.
The model shown in Turin is a final version of the car. The basis is clearly the electric 500, but there are several distinguishing elements that give it a decidedly tougher and sportier appearance. Starting from the wide bumper with the vents in the center and on the side. The alloy wheels have a never-before-seen design and are embellished with the iconic scorpion logo.
Brought the model Turin further distinguishes itself from the normal electric 500 thanks to the paintAdrenaline green‘, one of the signature color of the Abarth range. We’re also really looking forward to seeing the other color options available at launch. And who knows if Stellantis has also thought of a special limited edition version designed for the D1 – we wouldn’t be surprised at all.
To discover all the pieces of the hitherto unknown mosaic – starting with the powertrain and the uncertainty of the range – we just have to wait for November 22, the date of the event to present the first electric Abarth 500.
