Bowers & Wilkins will come with new subwoofers to hang on the wall after summer

Audio brand Bowers & Wilkins unveiled two new amplifiers and just as much subwoofers at ISE 2022 last week. The CDA-2HD has two 500-watt channels in a 1U enclosure. The CDA-4D has four 125W outputs in 1U, which can also be configured as 2×250 or 1×250 plus 2×125. Both come with feet and brackets for mounting in server racks. Both have a digital signal processor that can be used for the dynamic equalizer function.

The ISW-8 and ISW-6 are designed to be built into thin walls. The ISW-6 has two drivers positioned to prevent vibration of the walls as much as possible. The size is 35 x 35 centimeters and the speaker can be placed on the wall during or after construction.

All products will be launched in October 2022. CDA-2HD and CDA-4D cost 2500 and 2000 euros, respectively. The ISW-8 costs 2500 Euros and the ISW-6 costs 1300 Euros. The latter can be equipped with the Retro Fit Grille for € 180.
