Apple has officially unveiled the new Pride 2022 bands and faces for the Apple Watch.

Apple is new every year Limited edition Pride 2022 bands with new faces for Apple Watch. This year, Nike wanted to add a special dial and a strap compatible with all models to its Nike Apps Watch models. Both the faces and the straps are already available in the Watch app and the Apple Store.

To celebrate Pride month this June, Apple will launch two new Pride Edition straps with dynamic Pride watch faces to support the global LGBTQ+ community and the equality movement.

Rainbow Threads of Pride and Nike Bounce Spheres

orb of Threads of Pride, inspired by multiple pride flags and combine the colors to represent the strength and mutual support of the LGBTQ+ movement. Colorful threads move when you turn the Digital Crown, touch the screen, or raise your wrist on Apple Watch. For its part, the matching rainbow Nike Bounce dial accompanies the new limited edition strap.

The new Pride watch face will be available today and requires Apple Watch Series 4 or later running watchOS 8.6 and iPhone 6s or later running iOS 15.5.

Pride Edition and Nike Pride Edition Sport Loop

The team designed a color gradient that combined the original colors of the rainbow with those drawn from various pride flags. The word “pride” can be read in handwritten style inspired by the original Mac “hello” greeting. The new Pride Edition Nike Sport Loop celebrates the full spectrum of the rainbow and “honors the people who expand the sport for generations to come and inspire others to truly feel the joy of being themselves.”

The straps can now be purchased from the Apple Store for a price. 49 euros and globes are now also available in the Watch app on your iPhone. You only need iOS 15.5 and watchOS 8.6 installed on your devices.
