According to army sources, this is Brigadier General. General Jhon Jairo Rojas GómezHe was commander of the Rapid Deployment Force, Special Command Cauca, Third Division, and Joint Command Southwest N.2.
This officer was appointed as military attaché to Belgium, but this ultimately did not happen.

The second officer is a brigadier general General Oscar Alexander Tobar SolerHe was the commander of Task Force Nudo de Paramillo, director of the Comprehensive Legal Department, and currently Chief of Force Generation Staff.

The third person to leave the line of command in December is Brigadier General General Nairo Javier Martinez Jiménez, He served as commander of the 29th Brigade in Cauca.

In addition to Commander of Task Force Hercules in the Pacific, Nariño was currently commander of the Third Division with jurisdiction over Santander, Boyacá, and Norte de Santander.
It is noteworthy that the officers who will not receive promotions have served in military units in areas where the opposition has caused the violence recorded in Cauca, Nariño and Norte de Santander in recent weeks.
