These updates come given the performance boost the M4 chip makes in the iPad Pro. The most remarkable thing in Final Cut Pro 2 is Live multi-camera editing via iPhone with a special app called Final Cut Camera, up to 4 devices can stream to iPad simultaneously. Logic Pro also introduces interesting new features, some driven by artificial intelligence and others developed to enhance each music engineer juggling multiple projects.

Final Cut Pro 2 for iPad brings improvements for a better experience on the new iPad Pro
The update announced by Apple “turns iPad into a multi-camera production studio”. Additionally, Final Cut Camera also works as a standalone application for professional recording. It will be very interesting to see how it performs on the latest iPhone 15 Pro. The app supports white balance control, manual focus, ISO setting, shutter speed, among other important controls. Apple says this app will be free.

New users without Final Cut Pro will be available for €4.99 per month or €49 per year. According to Apple, Final Cut Camera will arrive later this spring.
