According to The Hollywood Reporter it will be Julius Onah the director of Captain America 4the new chapter in the Marvel story of the character played by Chris Evans until Avengers: Endgame and passing the shield to Anthony Mackie
Julius Onah is of Nigerian descent and has so far directed The Cloverfield Paradox, while Anthony Mackie was the lead actor in the TV series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, in which he first actually dressed up as the successor to Captain America.
Although The Hollywood Reporter has reported that it is not yet clear whether Chris Evans will appear in the film, the interpreter wanted to emphasize some time ago that a return in the role of the Captain America character is not possible. Here are his words:
