The movie world mourned the death of Black Phantom’s hero Chadwick Boseman. The Marvel franchise’s plans were turned upside down when fans faced the death of a superhero for the first time in real life. was not Thor none Spider Manbut the blow hurt a lot or more.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever about The final film of Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universetechnically the Guardians of the Galaxy holiday special will premiere in December Disney+will be the official result.
As known, Wakanda Forever was already in development when Chadwick Boseman died of colon cancer in August 2020. The funny thing is that neither Marvel director Ryan Coogler nor Kevin Feige knew Boseman was sick.
They decided not to bring T’Challa back to life or try to place the character with visual effects. What they did instead was bring together almost all the original actors from the first movie and take a fresh approach: T’Challa’s sister Shuri will play the Black Phantom.
The new trailer opens with T’Challa’s funeral, with interspersed Talokan scenes and a short voiceover from Namor:Only the most broken people can be great leaders“.
And from M’Baku, whose mountain tribe is no longer isolated from the rest of Wakanda, we learn that Namor is not seen by his people as a mere general or king: “They call him K’uk’ulkan, the serpent god of feathers. Killing him risks an endless war.“.
But believing that Wakanda lost its protector with T’Challa’s death, It seems that Namor is now out to take over the surface world.
This means that there will likely be a battle for control of Wakanda, and it’s clear that we will have a lot of action. And of course, we’re more serious than the last Thor or Spiderman movie.
Black Panther release date: Wakanda Forever, the last of Disney+
There are multiple shootings where Namor is flown and Wakanda is hoarding its significant resources in response to the looming threat. We see Riri working on her Ironheart outfit and taking to the skies.
The trailer concludes with a seductive shot of the new Black Panther in a distinctly feminine silhouette. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hits theaters on November 11, 2022 and as usual, it will arrive on Disney+ 45 days after the premiere. Will this new Marvel movie work?
