There is news about the production of the film on Five nights at Freddy’s: It was recently announced that the shooting of the feature film will start in February 2023. In addition, the director of the project, Emma Tammi, who already worked on The Wind, has also been chosen.
Tammi himself, game creator Scott Cawthon and Seth Cuddeback will write the script for the film. Cawthon and Jason Blum will produce the film through Blumhouse, in association with Striker Entertainment. Russell Binder will serve as executive producer.
