Microsoft finally released ‘Top Gun: Maverick for Flight Simulator, a free Xbox and PC expansion inspired by the Tom Cruise-starring sequel of the same name. The new update, available from today, will offer players new missions, challenges and the opportunity to fly an exclusive fighter.
The flight simulator Top Gun: Maverick in particular has three training missions in which players will be able to perform various maneuvers aboard the F/A-18E Super Hornet; Hunt, which will also include a livery with a design inspired by the movie. In more complex scenarios, it will be possible to perform “radical flight maneuvers” such as “unrestricted takeoff, split-S maneuvers, and low-altitude high-speed maneuvers,” according to Microsoft.
