On the occasion of the Back to Hogwarts, Avalanche published a New Hogwarts Legacy Video allowing us to discover some more details about the ambitious RPG set in the Wizarding World, as well as revealing a whole host of new surprises for fans of the Potterverse.
The video, which you will find below, allows us to see the interior of the Hogwarts House Common Halls: from that of Gryffindor to that of the houses of Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. It is also revealed during the video that one of the side missions is set in the Hogwarts Castle Ruinsthe same that visitors to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Orlando Resort’s Islands of Adventure can see at Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure attraction in the park.
But that’s not all: Avalanche has finally revealed that players will be able link your accounts Harry Potter Fan Club and Warner Bros. Games to import their house and wand into Hogwarts Legacy. By linking the accounts, you get some rewards in-game as the Skull with Beaked Mask and the exclusive “House Fan Gowns”, a special set of gowns that allows players to represent their own Hogwarts home.
Hogwarts Legacy is available from February 10, 2023 for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X | S, PS4 and Xbox One. There is currently no date set for the Nintendo Switch version.
