Motorola announced this Monday (11) that it is using the metaverse to train sales teams in Brazil. According to the company, employees from all over the country received training on its latest version, the Motorola Edge 30 Pro, in a virtual environment.

Tatiane Bernardazzi, Motorola’s head of Commercial Marketing, says the company is looking to increasingly integrate physical and digital media for training, launches, campaigns, among other actions.

“Feedback from staff has been very positive. Everyone liked the news, and some even mentioned that they felt like they were in a ‘face-to-face’ training. We conducted an assessment of knowledge absorption and found that the overall average is above 80%, which is very satisfying,” concludes Tatiane.

Professionals were able to attend the training with their virtual reality (VR) glasses and their own computers. The event was structured by ProTrade Marketing, a company that plans to expand its metadata base into other industries such as marketing and B2B clients.
