32% of Russian companies work with subcontracted personnel. At the same time, the average percentage of such employees is 12.5% ​​of the workforce. This follows from the results of a study of the Raboty.ru and Underrabotki services, RB.RU got acquainted with the results.

Almost a third of Russian companies work with subcontracted personnel

This work format is the most frequently preferred by medium and large companies: 48% and 36%, respectively. Micro-businesses (75%) and small businesses (77%) do not often consider outsourcing.

The larger the company, the more often it is potentially ready to work with outsourced staff, the study notes. 36% of respondents are willing to hire up to 10% of staff to outsource, and 31% are not willing to hire staff to outsource under any circumstances.

More than 350 service employers from all regions of Russia participated in the study. Among the respondents are executives, human resources directors, recruiters, human resources specialists.
