Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools have opened up endless possibilities for the movie and TV universe. Thanks to sources that artificially generate images and videos based on any textual descriptions and ideas, we were able to see things like medieval Marvel and DC superheroes and Brazilian versions of Spider-Man. Now a new one has been added to the heap of crazy ideas: Quentin Tarantino, who directed a movie about Jesus Christ.
A Spanish Twitter user named Juanjo Ramírez Mascaró (@ramirezmascaro), imagined what a feature film based on the story of Jesus would be like if it were directed by the director. pulp Fiction (1994), kill Bill (2003) and dishonest bastards (2009). To achieve the result, Mascaró used Midjourney, a famous AI product that creates images based on codes and text commands.

As we can see, the AI-generated images bring various features of Tarantino’s work, including warm, slightly yellowish colors and specific framing. All applied to the story of Jesus Christ, which is full of nuances and important details that will certainly not escape the watchful eye of the Hollywood director.
The footage recreates key scenes from the biblical journey of Jesus and shows how historical figures from the past could be recreated by Tarantino if the filmmaker really did project a genre. For example, Mary, the mother of Jesus, and the Three Wise Men appear in artificial intelligence games.
Now we wonder if Tarantino will faithfully tell the story of Jesus Christ or make certain adaptations. However, whatever the choice, we think the movie will spark some controversy. Or is it not?
The Jesus Movie Might Be Through Another Famous Director
While Tarantino has not (at least until now) expressed a desire to make a movie about Jesus, Martin Scorsese did. Last Saturday (27), on a visit to Italy, the legendary film director visited the Pope and said at a conference in Rome: “I responded to the Pope’s and artists’ call in the only way I knew: a film about Jesus. I imagine and write screenplays. I’m starting to do that”.
In this way, Scorsese hints that this is actually its next feature: a study of Jesus. By the way, it’s worth remembering that the filmmaker was very religious and has already explored the theme in some of his other projections. We can only wait!
