A Valley last Thursday (15) announced the update of its player portfolio with the Alienware series. Now The brand has a Quad HD AW2724DM monitor with a high refresh rate and AW520H headphones with Dolby Atmos technology. Check the lines below.

Alienware AW2724DM

Alienware AW2724DM monitor in addition to Quad HD resolution (2560×1440) 27 inches in size and Works over IPS display. The refresh rate should well meet the demands of competitive players, Because it collects up to 180Hz and still delivers 1ms response time.

According to information from Dell, 180Hz is achieved with the DisplayPort cable that comes with the monitor. When using a third-party DP cable, the speed drops to 165 Hz and HDMI only supports 144 Hz. Meanwhile, This keeps a back HDMI 2.1 inputtwo DisplayPort 1.4, ideal for connecting consoles such as the Xbox Series S; and three USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports.

Image quality supports up to: 100% sRGB coverage and 95% DCI-P3 color space. The monitor has been calibrated with an accuracy of Delta E less than 2 and VESA DisplayHDR 600 certifiedWith a maximum brightness of up to 600 nits. There is also support for AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, NVIDIA G-SYNC, and VESA Adaptive Sync technologies.

The design retains the futuristic footprint found on other Alienware products, with RGB lights and matte paint on the back. The base has a hexagonal shape and allows height, tilt and swivel adjustments.

Headphone AW520H

The AW520H headphones are available in Luna White (white) or Dark Side of The Moon (black) and express the visual style of other company headphones. Each shell has a small logo on it. Customizable RGB lighting Via Alienware Command Center software.

The emphasis is on: Integration with Dolby Atmosmakes the player experience more immersive with spatial sound, especially when combined with High Definition audio drivers. Meanwhile, the aperture is 40mm with a maximum sound accuracy of 117dB.

The microphone is a type of retractable boom with noise cancellation via artificial intelligence.

The connection is made with a 3.5 mm cable, but the USB adapter that comes out of the box also makes the headset compatible with video games. The shells feature memory foam ear cushions and a breathable fabric cover.

The AW2724DM monitor entered the Brazilian market at R$3,599, while the AW520H headphone was found at R$698. Both products are available in Dell’s official store.
