According to a new study from Harvard University, men are recommended to ejaculate about 21 times a month to reduce their risk of developing prostate cancer by 30%. This was reported by the sexologist and psychotherapist Oleg Gulko from the Karpovka+ Research and Clinical Center.

The study analyzed 31,925 men over an 18-year period. A group of men who ejaculated regularly, about 21 times a month or more, had a 30% lower risk of developing prostate cancer compared to other groups.

According to Gülko, ejaculation has a positive effect on metabolic processes in the prostate gland and helps reduce psychological stress.

It is important to note, however, that the recommendation of 21 ejaculations per month is not mandatory. Men who reach this figure do so for their own needs, not for medical reasons. For many men, this amount can be stressful. On the advice of a specialist, it is important to undergo regular medical examinations in order to timely detect pathological conditions, diseases and risk factors.
