Shopee announced the launch of its loyalty program this Monday (3). will benefit the most frequent consumers of the online shopping platform. Depending on the level they are classified, customers will be able to receive benefits such as coupons and coins, among others.
As the market explains, All customers with registered profile in e-commerce will be registered automatically. The user starts at the basic level, but as they make a purchase, they can change categories and start to get more extra benefits.
It is updated in cycles, each lasting six months, The Shopee Loyalty Program had its first cycle starting on July 1 and continuing through December 31 this year.. During this period, all purchases are worth points for the user’s classification, excluding returns, cancellations, any discounts and shipping costs.
“Our relationship with the consumer is maturing and we are aware of the needs of the people who shop at Shopee. The aim of this program is to bring even more benefits to our users who buy and have fun on our platform every day”, commented Felipe Piringer, the company’s marketing manager.
How to check level in Shopee Loyalty Program?
