On the Russian portal of public procurement, the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced tenders for R&D to develop domestic technologies for the production of microchips using 65 or 250 nm technical processes. Of course, these chips are already “the last century”, but the demand for them is quite high.
These tenders in fivefold quantity and in the form of competitions have a value of more than 9 billion rubles, and applications will be accepted until July 17 with summing up on the 21st and 26th. All contract work is expected to be received by 2026.
The competitions will have to solve a lot of calculations for predictive lenses and the optical system of the laser, prepare a project-sketch of the installation, in comparison with the calculation of the DOCUMENTATION, including design and technological, as well as build pilot installations in the amount of two pieces.

As already specified, all the R&D announced in the tenders relate to the technological processes for the production of semi-conductor microcircuits with a topology of 65 by 250 nm, all of which the Russian Mikron is now capable of producing microphone rochips using 90-180 nm technologies, and the 65-nm process technology mastered by it is only in piece batches of products.
It should be noted here that Zelenograd ANGSTREM, which is also engaged in the production of semiconductor products, does not disclose technological standards, crimes in production, but it is clearly inferior to those already mastered by Mikron.
For this reason, microcircuits with a topology of 180 and 250 nm are best tested. Problems.
