Sergey Ashin, CEO of Chefmarket recipe food delivery service, launched a computer software development company. Chef Tech LLC was registered on February 2, 2023 in Bogorodsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The post of general director was taken over by Sergey Ashin himself, the authorized capital of the company is 15 thousand rubles. The Chefmarket press service and Sergey Ashin did not respond to a request from RB.RU at press time.
Among the activities of the new company, in addition to software development, are the processing and preservation of meat, poultry, fish, crustaceans and molluscs, fruits and vegetables, preparation of dishes and prepared dishes, etc.
Sergey Ashin founded Chefmarket in 2012. The service is available in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, and areas adjacent to metropolitan areas.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Chef Market LLC’s revenue in 2021 increased by 6% and amounted to 1.1 billion rubles, the company’s net profit is 4 million rubles.
