Dryagin has been with the company since the business was founded and currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer (CPO). Degterev, according to Vuchenovich, “has extensive experience in e-commerce, organizing sales at companies such as BioFoodLabs and Impex, as well as launching his own e-commerce projects.”

The purpose of the agreement with Dryagin is “management motivation and partial cash withdrawal for the founding shareholders of Vitobox”, with Degterev – “connection of our own e-commerce team for the development of Vitobox’s electronic sales channels”.

  • Vitobox raised 107 million rubles from the investment company Standard in January 2022. The company was then valued at $14 million. Therefore, Dryagin bought 3% for $420,000, Degterev – 1% for $140,000. The company confirmed this data, specifying that “there are micro discrepancies, taking into account currency revaluations.”
  • Currently, 36.5% of Vitobox LLC is also owned by Vitobox founders Alexander Vuchenovich and Daniil Khor, 10% by founder Vladislav Zakatov. Another 10% is owned by Standard LLC.
