Artificial intelligence (AI) intensively pilots the XQ-58A Valkyrie combat drone in the skies over Florida for three hours. This was preceded by several million hours of 10-hour flight simulators and X-62 VISTA flights using the same algorithms. The results of this experiment, conducted by the US military, showed that AI can perform important tactical tasks on high ground.
With a detection speed of 1,050 km/h, the XQ-58A Valkyrie drone climbs to over 13,000 meters with a range of about 4,000 km. The drone can carry an airborne missile and bomb load. Its development was the result of the desire of the US Air Force command. The alternative allows you to deploy drones in especially dangerous areas and accompany fighters when performing combat missions.
