Saratov scientists have developed their own program based on artificial intelligence that can detect arthrosis in the hip joint and monitor the course of the disease. X-ray images of the joint can now be processed using a neural network that will accurately diagnose and grade coxarthrosis. Patients can use a unique chatbot to share X-rays and information about their condition with healthcare professionals without leaving their home.

According to the developed plan, information about the disease will be entered into a virtual hospital record by the doctor. The chatbot will remind patients to take X-rays regularly and share results to monitor disease progression. This is convenient and allows you to monitor the situation even remotely. The program can be installed on various devices and integrated into Telegram.

This project is jointly developed by scientists from the Saratov State Technical University and the Research Institute of Traumatology, Orthopedics and Neurosurgery. The authors were experts in the field of information technology and students who created a unique system for combating arthrosis of the hip joint.
