The new owner of “Avito” bought the company-operator of services for companies “Advanced Payment Solutions”. It provides services for the optimization of fleet activities, travel organization and cargo management.
Investment holding company Kismet Capital Group became the owner of Advanced Payment Solutions (PPR). It is a business services operator, PRPD said in a statement. The former owner of the PPR was the American holding company Fleetcor Technologies, Inc.
The parties to the transaction received permission from the FAS, the government commission for the control of foreign investments and a license from the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury, specified the PPR.
LLC “PPR” and all its subsidiaries have passed under the control of Kismet Capital Group. The company will continue to develop in the corporate services market as an independent company.
PPR’s portfolio is represented by a service to optimize the operation of vehicle fleets, organize business trips and handle cargo.
Kismet Capital Group bought the Avito service for 151 billion rubles in October 2022 from the South African holding company Naspers.
