Nasdaq has rejected Ozon’s repeated appeal against the delisting decision. The market was included in the list of companies whose stocks Nasdaq decided to withdraw from trading; Yandex and Qiwi managed to challenge this decision, HeadHunter and Ozon’s complaints were rejected.

Nasdaq dismisses Ozon’s reappeal of delisting decision

The Nasdaq exchange rejected Ozon’s second appeal against the decision to delist its shares. This was reported by the Ozon press service.

“On August 18 we received the Supervisory Board’s decision confirming the Commission’s decision,” the market said in a message.

The delisting of the shares from the Nasdaq will not affect the company’s operations, Ozon said. The securities will not be delisted until appeal periods expire, they added.

Earlier, Nasdaq decided to delist the securities of four Russian companies. Yandex challenged the decision, Qiwi agreed to split the business into Russian and international to keep the listing, the exchange rejected HeadHunter’s complaint.
