This Monday (25), users started reporting Problems accessing Santander bank appIn addition to some reports on Caixa Econômica Federal. The information is that both were not working this morning. Hosting platform customers Locaweb also reported that they did not have access to the webmail..
According to information from the Downdetector website, Caixa customers started noticing the problem at 8am; Santander app users started reporting that all of the bank’s services have been offline since 9:50am. On Locaweb the problem would start around 7:50 am.
Some Santander customers stated that their account was listed as nonexistentwhile others can’t even use company cards. Meanwhile, Caixa consumers say they can’t access the app.

HE TecMundo Contacted Santander for a response about the bank’s interruption of services. In response to a user on Twitter, the company said it had “detected an outage to our channels” and was already “working to regulate” it. In this case, the recommendation is to try access “later again”.
