49% of Russian workers respect their immediate boss. This feeling is most often experienced in Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk and Rostov-on-Don. This is stated in the SuperJob study, the results of which were reviewed by RB.RU.
Women have much more respect for bosses than their male counterparts: 51% and 47%, respectively. The latter spoke more often of indifference towards the leaders.
6% of the interviewed employees spoke of their hatred towards their superiors. Most often this feeling is experienced in St. Petersburg (10%), Ufa and Omsk (9% each).
In the past two years, Russians are less likely to talk about respect for their superiors: 49% now compared with 54% in 2021, analysts noted.
The survey was conducted throughout Russia and 1.6 thousand citizens over the age of 18 with permanent jobs and bosses participated.
