The Russian chain of fast food cafeterias “Kroshka Kartoshka” will change its name on the occasion of its 25th anniversary. With changes, the company intends to attract young people and speak the same language with them. This was reported by RB.RU in the press service of the company.

The Kroshka Potato chain will change its name for the first time in 25 years

The creative agency The Clients handled the development. The changes will affect corporate colours, styling, logo and staff uniforms. The colors will become softer and warmer to create a sense of home comfort, the company notes.

The green circle and the duplication of the network name will disappear from the logo. The chef, a distinctive character and symbol of Potato Crumbs since its inception, will remain. Other heroes will also appear on the brand’s products: Potato the cat and the inhabitants of the city.

The new motto is “Fill yourself with warmth”. It will reflect the mission of the company and the general concept of the establishments of the network: the possibility of choosing fillings for baked potatoes.

The chain will also expand the menu: a line of branded desserts will appear, as well as a new potato format: the potato mesh.

The chain’s transition to the new brand book will begin on September 6 and will affect all its own and franchised points of sale. However, the general architectural design of the existing cafes will gradually change.

  • Earlier, the head of the network, Sergey Zaitsev, said that opening a Little Potato cafe on a franchise basis costs from 3 million rubles for a food truck to 7 million rubles for a separate point with seats.
