Wildberries buyers from Moscow and the Moscow region have access to delivery at parcel terminals located at the entrances to their residential buildings, according to the online platform.
In total, the market has 110 postamats of this type; the project partner is the Moscow postamat network. Now you can only place an order through the Wildberries website; in the coming weeks the function will appear in the mobile applications.
Delivery is free, its term will depend on the location of the logo center from where the merchandise is sent. When orders are placed at local warehouses, most products reach customers the next day.
Once the Wildberries courier delivers the order and the user receives a push notification with an access code, it will be possible to pick up the purchase at any time of the day.
Postamat delivery works for prepaid orders of all categories: clothing, footwear, household items, appliances and electronics, food, and more. There are restrictions on dimensions and weight: up to 35x50x45 cm and up to 15 kg.
To return the order, if necessary, it will be necessary to take the purchase to the nearest collection point or call a courier, keeping the barcode on the package.
In the future, the geography of operation of parcel terminals in the Moscow region will be expanded and up to 10,000 such collection points will be available to customers.
