Those responsible for the Wildberries collection points (POP) can now evaluate the quality of the work of the transporters, according to the market’s press service.
Starting in September, workers at collection points will be able to use the work interface to evaluate the integrity of packages, the condition of the boxes in which the goods were delivered and indicate whether the markings on the complete route and address destination are correct. .
If the score is less than 5 points, the employee will be able to freely write his recommendations and explain the carrier’s deficiencies. Therefore, only actual grades will be reflected in the system.
Marketplace is introducing a rating system to take this factor into account along with others in the future when calculating additional financial incentives for operators. Those members who have the best reviews will be able to choose the most suitable routes and destinations themselves.
The company is now testing the new mode. The market will then analyze the feedback from participants and, if necessary, adjust the mechanism.
