Different personas were developed based on analysis of 40 thousand minutes of recorded conversations between fraudsters and various victims. In particular, an old man who fumbles for his glasses “to hear better” during a conversation; a young mother trying to cope with an active child on the playground; a man walking his dog in the park; Tired and angry man is driving his car.

All characters are the skills of the voice assistant of the bank “Oleg’s Defender”. They distract the scammer, preventing him from completing the conversation, and try to buy time in any way possible. Interviews with their participation can last 2-4 minutes, in some cases – 10 minutes. To develop them, psychologists and anti-fraud experts were involved, taking into account the victim archetypes that fraudsters are accustomed to talking about. When developing dialogue scenarios, typical scenarios for communication between attackers and victims were also taken into account.
