On September 26, the Moscow Stock Exchange began trading shares of Softline PJSC, trading code – SOFL, the trading platform reported in a statement.

The shares were included in the second-level listing of the Moscow Stock Exchange; Transactions and settlements are carried out in Russian rubles.

As part of the initial public offering (IPO), global depositary receipts (GDRs) of Noventiq were exchanged for shares of Softline PJSC. At the beginning of trading, the proportion of freely floating shares was approximately 15.7%.

Last year, Softline Holding plc’s business was split into foreign (Noventiq) and Russian (Softline PJSC), so investors had the opportunity to exchange Noventiq GDR for Softline PJSC shares.

  • The Russian division of Softline, as reported, left the global corporation in the fall of 2022. The division of the business was carried out by selling SLR to Igor Borovikov for $1 and diluting his and SGI Limited’s stake in the company.
  • In April, Softline founder Igor Borovikov announced his decision to leave the shareholder group.
  • In August 2023, Softline announced plans to apply for a share listing on the Moscow Stock Exchange. It was reported that the percentage of shares in free float at the beginning of trading will range between 10.7% and 16.6%.
  • The IT company offers solutions for digital transformation, cloud services, information security and related solutions and services.
