The Oldubil payment system announced changes to the rules for paying for purchases using anonymous cards.
These cards will only be usable on Turkish websites with a seal of trust. The service advised spending the rest of the balance “until this evening.”
The company also shared a list of sites where you can make a purchase.
In Russia, anonymous cards of this payment system are often used to pay for purchases on Steam and PlayStation Store. Apparently, from October 3 this will be impossible.
Since the restrictions were established by the Central Bank of Turkey, we should expect similar actions from other Turkish banks, such as Ozan, Papara, Ininal and others.
