PJSC Detsky Mir set the price at 71.5 rubles per share as part of the buyback. This is what he said in a statement.
Detsky Mir stressed that the price is set in accordance with the law. It does not exceed the weighted average price of shares on the Moscow Stock Exchange over the past six months, the company clarified.
Detsky Mir shares on the Moscow Stock Exchange reacted to the news about the pricing of the buyback with an increase of 0.35%.
Detsky Mir announced the buyback of 58.2% of the shares from minority shareholders on September 20. After this, the company’s shares rose in price by almost 28%.
After repurchasing shares from minority shareholders, Detsky Mir will complete the transformation from a public joint-stock company to Detsky Mir LLC.
