On October 9, the co-founder and CEO of the investment company Kama Flow, Eduard Adamyan, received a 100% stake in Chatmi AI LLC, as follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. This company develops chatbots for companies and is known in the market as Chatme.ai.

Business chatbot developer Chatme.ai has changed ownership

Previously, the legal entity was exclusively owned by its founder Sergei Shlykov.

Kama Flow told RB.RU that “nothing has changed in the business” and that the current changes represent a “technical stage.” Chatme.ai has been a portfolio company of Kama Flow for several years, a representative of the fund said.

On the Kama Flow website, Chatme.ai is listed as a holding company, RB.RU was convinced. Details regarding the amount and date of the transaction are not provided. At the same time, on the Chatme.ai website, Sergey Shlykov is listed as the director of the company.

Chatme.ai did not respond to RB.RU’s request, and Sergei Shlykov also did not respond to the publisher’s request at the time of publication.

  • Chatme.ai develops chatbots for businesses and allows you to create them yourself without programming using artificial intelligence. The company was founded in 2017 by Sergey Shlykov and Vladimir Dyubanov, each of whom owned 50% of Chatmi AI LLC. From August 2019 until October 8, 2023, the project was fully owned by Sergey Shlykov.
  • According to the Kontur.Focus system, Chatmi AI LLC’s revenue at the end of 2022 amounted to almost 15 million rubles, 1.5 times more than in 2021. The net loss at the end of last year amounted to 21.7 million rubles , compared to 39 million rubles in 2021.
