Ozon will add “0% return” and “99% redeem” signs to product cards; They will show that a particular product has the lowest return rate among customers, the site said in a statement.
The dies will serve as an additional guide for buyers when choosing a product and are expected to enable conscientious sellers to increase sales of a quality product.
According to Ozon estimates, in total more than 5.5 million products from more than 200,000 sellers will receive the dies.
- The “0% returns” label will be given to products that customers have never had to return in the past year due to quality issues or inadequate packaging. To receive it, the seller must provide several dozen irrevocable sales.
- The “99% redemption” sign will appear for products with a low return rate: 1% of total sales.
The list of products with dies will be updated weekly.
