Roskomnadzor included the legal entity of the airline ticket search service “Aviasales” in the list of companies subject to the Russian law on “landing”. Information about this is reflected in the Roskomnadzor register.
The federal law of the Russian Federation on “landing” includes companies whose audience on their websites in Russia exceeds 500 thousand people per day. The law obliges such companies to open an office in Russia, create a form for receiving user feedback on their website and register a personal account on the Roskomnadzor website.
The Aviasales website states that the company has offices in St. Petersburg and Phuket. The resource also has a “support” section with answers to frequently asked questions.
The press service of Aviasales informed RB.RU that Go Travel Un Limited products already meet the key conditions of the law.
