OX also makes money from the platform in ways other than subscription packages. The company announced that new users must pay an annual fee of US$1 (about R$5 at current prices) to interact on the platform.
However, the fee will only be charged to those who want to post and interact with posts on the social network, such as replying, liking, resharing and mentioning them. So the platform will be free for those who just want to look at the timeline.
